Get ready for a paw-some day out as Top Dogs returns to Loch Lomond Shores on Saturday, May 2nd, 2026!
Bring your furry friends along for a day packed with fun activities, exciting demonstrations, and plenty of opportunities to meet other dog lovers.
What to expect:
• Fun dog shows and competitions for all breeds and abilities – from the 11 Categories available, including best puppy, veteran, rescue, condition, most handsome dog and more! Be in with a chance to win a prize as well as a rosette for entering. By entering, you’ll also be helping local animals as all small entry fees go straight to our local animal charity to help support their great work
• Expert advice from dog trainers and behaviourists
• Stalls selling dog treats, toys, accessories, and much more
• Opportunities to meet different breeds & their proud owners
• A fantastic day out for the whole family (dogs included!)

• Time: 10am-4pm – registration for the Dog Show is between 10am-12pm with the judging starting at 12pm

Set against the iconic backdrop of Ben Lomond, this year’s festival promises to be our most delicious yet. While we’re keeping our star-studded line-up of culinary talent under wraps for just a little longer, you can expect a jam-packed schedule of live entertainment and mouth-watering experiences.
What’s on the Menu?
- The Gourmet Market: Explore a massive selection of local producers, artisan makers, and international street food
- Live Cooking Demonstrations: Watch the pros in action at our festival kitchen (stay tuned for chef announcements!)
- The Festival Bar: Sip on craft ales, botanical gins, and sparkling fizz while soaking up the loch-side vibes and listening to our guest buskers throughout the weekend
- Family Fun: From funfair rides to kids’ activities and our playpark, there’s plenty to keep the little ones entertained, and we are dog-friendly too, so you can even bring the furry family members!
- The Great Outdoors: Enjoy your treats in our picnic areas, with the best views in Scotland, or take a cruise around the loch with Sweeneys Cruises, direct from our Pontoon, or hire a kayak, pedalo or cycle from Loch Lomond Leisure, located on our beach.
Tickets are FREE, but registration is recommended to help us manage capacity and ensure everyone has a great day out.

Get ready to treat your senses! The Loch Lomond Food & Drink Festival is returning this September for a weekend of loch-side feasting, vibrant atmosphere, and world-class views. Whether you’re a dedicated foodie or just looking for a brilliant day out with the family, we’re serving up something for everyone.
Loch Lomond Food & Drink Festival 2026
- Dates: Sat 5th & Sun 6th Sept, 2026
- Times: 10am – 5pm both days
- Location: Loch Lomond Shores, Balloch
Set against the iconic backdrop of Ben Lomond, this year’s festival promises to be our most delicious yet. While we’re keeping our star-studded line-up of culinary talent under wraps for just a little longer, you can expect a jam-packed schedule of live entertainment and mouth-watering experiences.
What’s on the Menu?
- The Gourmet Market: Explore a massive selection of local producers, artisan makers, and international street food
- Live Cooking Demonstrations: Watch the pros in action at our festival kitchen (stay tuned for chef announcements!)
- The Festival Bar: Sip on craft ales, botanical gins, and sparkling fizz while soaking up the loch-side vibes and listening to our guest buskers throughout the weekend
- Family Fun: From funfair rides to kids’ activities and our playpark, there’s plenty to keep the little ones entertained, and we are dog-friendly too, so you can even bring the furry family members!
- The Great Outdoors: Enjoy your treats in our picnic areas, with the best views in Scotland, or take a cruise around the loch with Sweeneys Cruises, direct from our Pontoon, or hire a kayak, pedalo or cycle from Loch Lomond Leisure, located on our beach.
Tickets are FREE, but registration is recommended to help us manage capacity and ensure everyone has a great day out.
