We’re gearing up for a busy year here at loch Lomond Shores and wanted to share with you some key dates so you can get them in your diary and come along and enjoy the fun!

FESTIVALS

We’ve got four big festivals taking place this year:

  • Springfest on the 1st & 2nd of of April
  • Summerfest on the 1st & 2nd of July
  • The Food and Drink Festival on the 2nd and 3rd of September
  • The Christmas Festival on the 2nd and 3rd of December

Our food and drink focused festivals, Springfest & our Food and Drink Festival, will feature lots for foodies with more cooking demos than ever before, Loch Lomond Whiskies doing their expert tasting, an outdoor bar and we’ll have a huge range of food and drink vendors on site, including lots of delicious street food to enjoy as you browse.

And for families, we’ll have lots of fun stuff to enjoy, including rides, live music and children’s food and drink related activities.

Summerfest and our Christmas Festival are all about family fun and we’ll have lots of live entertainment on stage, rides, face painters, children’s entertainers, characters and lots of street food and market stalls – all creating an exciting child-friendly atmosphere and lots to keep them busy.

 

Continental Market at Loch Lomond Shores - 21st to 23rd April 23

MARKETS

Our markets are back this year on the 1st and 3rd Sunday of each month.  We’ll also have extra weekly markets during July until mid-August.

This year we’ll also have two continental markets coming to Loch Lomond Shores.  These will be here on the 21st to 23rd April and 11th to 13th August.  These three-day continental markets will feature lots of great world food and products that don’t feature at our usual markets and bring a wee foreign flavour to Loch Lomond Shores.

 

CORONATION WEEKEND

On the 6th and 7th May, we’ll be celebrating the Coronation of King Charles III with live entertainment, children’s rides, a weekend-long market, Royal ‘Guests‘, bunting, selfie-thrones and much more. Come along for some flag-waving fun!

Comic-Con Loch Lomond - June'23

COMIC CON LOCH LOMOND

Comic Con is always hugely popular each year and we love to see visitors get in the mood with their amazing costumes of their favourite characters.  Come and soak up the fun atmosphere, browse the vast range of all things comic-related and have a great day out on 10th and 11th of June and the 8th and 9th of July.

TOP DOGS EVENTS

As befits our dog-friendly status, we’re delighted that our Top Dogs event has proved so popular with those who have a 4-legged family member!  Featuring competitions, exhibitions and all things doggy-related, these events take place on Saturday 20th of May and Saturday 14th October.  Come along and take part in one of the many competitions – from agility to best looking – there’s something for every dog.

Café Zest has returned to Jenners just in time for summer, bringing a delicious new menu and a cool new look for visitors this summer.
With vegetarian, vegan, and gluten-free menu choices as well as an amazing afternoon tea option, Café Zest is sure to be a big hit with our visitors this summer. From hot food, cold snacks, kids’ options, and delicious cakes & treats on offer, there really is something for everyone.
Whether you want to enjoy the new fresh, indoor look or sit outside in the sunshine and soak up the ambiance as well as the view, it is a great place to relax, catch up with friends and family while enjoying great, fresh food.

The new afternoon tea is the ultimate treat and, to make sure it’s perfect, you need to book at least 24 hours in advance by calling Café Zest directly on 01389 751094.
A selection of Gluten-free options are available.
Afternoon Tea bookings are served between 12 – 4pm Monday to Sunday.

With an extensive range of coffees, teas, and hot chocolate – our favourite is Nutella hot chocolate (there’s even a vegan hot chocolate made with oat milk) – you can pick the perfect hot drink for you!
Not to mention the array of fabulous fresh cakes and pastries & freshly baked scones to go with them!

Breakfast & Lunch Menu

Open Monday to Saturday  9.30am – 5pm and Sunday 10am – 4.30pm throughout the summer, it also has some great breakfast options as well as lunch.

You can choose from a Full Scottish breakfast, Scottish Smoked Salmon & Scrambled Eggs, or just a straightforward breakfast roll with sausage or bacon, and egg!

For lunch, there is a wide range of hot and cold sandwiches (with gluten-free bread options available), baked potatoes, as well as our special favourites of fish n chips, burgers, mac n cheese, soup of the day.
We will also have a selection of daily specials with plenty of vegetarian, vegan and gluten-free options, as well as a ‘Kids Kitchen’ Picnic Bag, we have something to suit everyone!

Most of our stores and activities have now reopened and we are all working hard to provide a safe environment for you and your family to visit and adhere to all government guidelines, both as a site and as individual businesses.

Whether your visit is to shop, visit Loch Lomond Sea Life Aquarium, enjoy a treetop adventure or go and explore Loch Lomond by canoe, we have taken all the steps possible to ensure your visit is safe as well as enjoyable.
